If theres no control, it will open up a 'Cash in hand' foreign jobs market with no registration of who's even working in any given place. That's one reason why i can't take these reports literally.

I just cannot see the Thais allowing foreign labor to be used in a whim with no control.

I'll put my hands up if I'm proved wrong but something doesn't seem right to me.

90 day reports aside, i don't think its going to be long before we see the first reports of arrests etc due to people taking these press releases and assuming its a free for all to do what they like. Something is telling me, this isnt as simplistic as is being made out.
