the airline has counted my days , and the insurance for health cover has given me the 90 days, which correspond with my dates .

can I apply for that extension before the 90 days is up ? Like a month in advance, I believe if I had money in thai bank for 2 months , that maybe possible right ?

I got a non o retirement from uK 90 days single entry , it's my first time to Thailand I will extend for one year when I am there , open bank account etc, do I have to request multiple entry extension and will they allow it , as my first 90 day visa is single entry ?

If your on retirment visa, and as they say you are not allowed to work on a retirement visa, then why would you pay tax, you are not earning anything to be able to pay tax right ?? Retired means retired , relax don't do anything, retired dementia , forget to fill in any forms . Yeah I can understand if you earning an income there then got to tel them.

I have also Been Told to Stay away from Any American companies for health insurance, you got to go through hoops even on your death Bed to get any claim sorted . Typical America really .

I am on a retirement visa , what's happens if I leave country , get a Re-entry permit to stop my visa being cancelled but I miss the 90 days of reporting cos I am out of the country, I have heard you can do it via email the reporting so can I do that , does it go against you if you lie your in the country but your not . ?? Surely they can see I am not in courtry cos of the stamps on passport , I am hoping I don't have to lie on email reporting and my re - entry permit I paid for covers it , and I don't have to worry of reporting as I am out of the country ?

The more and more I read about all these retirement visa problems, I wish I now never bothered to come to thailand, have a photo of the place of where you staying for residence lol, Christ sake do they want sperm DNA also . Think I just about had enough of it already and not even arrived yet ,I knew I should have stuck with Cambodia, phils or Vietnam where I am sure they would welcome my retirement with less hassle and stress

ok I see what you mean now, it dont add any time on extension of stay, If I leave for Uk Yeah I understand that , so if I got extension of stay from Feb 2026 to Feb 2027 , if I am out of Thailand for 3 months then I loose 3 months on the extension ,
