thanks but stupid question, i buy the insurance, then cross the border and come back, when at the border do they stamp it for a yr or do i have to go to Immigration here in Korat, if i go there they will ask for proof of funds which i can't do- thanks for your time

bless you for the info-yes my O-A expires April 17 2023 so in a few months,,i don't want another year of this visa, as not enough in the bank, my wife is very sick so have been spending lots of money on her health, so looking ahead to my options-i was hoping to leave the country say April 15 , get 45 days, then extend it as much as possible , if possible,, but i am confused with part of your answer, are you saying if i get my AXA insurance renewed for another year, then cross the border and come back then i am ok- i would still need proof of 800,000 baht in the bank, which i don't have

no my O-A runs out April 17 so in a few months, but don't want to get another yr out of it as i don't have enough money in the bank
