another question for the good folks here-once my O-A is done, can i get another few months on a TV, as not sure i can get another 1 yr extension due to various reasons, or any other options- thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about options for extending their stay in Thailand after their O-A visa expires, specifically asking if they could switch to a tourist visa. Comments clarified that a tourist visa cannot be obtained while in the country. Alternatives suggested included transitioning to a Non-O extension if financial or insurance requirements for the O-A renewal are problematic, and another option noted was leaving Thailand and re-entering before the visa expired to receive a new entry stamp.
