thanks, So I guess the 400,000 baht needs to be seasoned in his name only to apply here in country, correct? Or he can leave country with money as is and return and apply for the non imm o. What are the date requirements to apply for the non imm o and then the extension of stay. I’ve read you need at least so many days left on visa exempt or something like that

I do appreciate that. But I’m just a realist. I pray for the best but prepare for the worst. I always error on the side of caution. I may sound cynical but it’s worked me through life and into prosperity. I’ve accomplished so many things with this attitude. Thai Visa Centre - visa agent Will the group still adhere to the same highest of standards Tod, Lloyd, James and others enforced ? Particularly correcting wrong answers, closing comments when the correct answer is posted and firm anti-hate and trolling control? What bothers me is this group was already perfect. No group I ever saw ran by such high standards. It now seems like a hostile takeover of sorts. But I will give it a chance as it appears we have no choice in the matter.

Try for the letter from your embassy stating you make at least 65k a month. If the French embassy gives them. The US embassy used to. We just raised our right hand and said we earn the 65k and it was issued automatically. Beats tying up 800,000k for 5 months every year and never allowed to fall below 400,000k ever.
