In theory should be quite simple.

Leave the money as is until the new extension is granted.

In case you are denied, you still qualify on your own.

Original marriage certificate is the critical document.

*Possibly needing it certified and/or translated by your embassy.

Tm30 address registration

Passport copies

Passport photo

Usual thai forms, it's pretty simple.

You can apply for a 60 day visit Thai family extension on each entry.

So visa exempt 30 days +

Tourist extension 30 days +

Visit family 60 days = 120 days
