Hi

Don’t put departure date

If you’re paying for accommodation the business or landlord must inform immigration via a F30 form ( this is generally done online)

A hotel will do it automatically

Otherwise supply your passport information for the landlord or property owner to submit 34 to immigration

If it’s a first time then must be done at local immigration office and after can be submitted online
