Will be applying for an 12 months extension (based on marriage) on my non O visa
Money arrived in account at 0800 on 14/8/25
Can I apply today or will it need to be tomorrow ????
The earlier the better for me as Non O runs out on 9/11/25

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is asking if they can apply for a 12-month extension of their Non-O visa on the same day that money was credited to their account, which is necessary for the application. Comments clarify that the application can be made on the 14th of October, as it meets the requirement of having the funds in the account for a full two calendar months prior to the application.

They would not have accepted your application if it would be rejected. So it will be approved, it's just a matter of waiting until the date on the stamp and returning to get the full extension.
It doesn't matter if it's completed in time. When you apply for a marriage extension you get an "under consideration stamp" which is a temporary permission to stay in Thailand until your extension is processed. Normally it's about 1 month for marriage extension.
You can apply for a marriage extension until the last day of your existing permission stamp. Then your consideration period allows you to stay until they complete processing your extension application.
