We did a few months ago - instead of waiting around Hanoi we explored Halong Bay and Sapa, try it if you can, it was really nice. Unsure of the weather situation now but the travel agents arranged everything for us. Good luck

Yes, I did with Siam Legal through Hanoi. I did a PowerPoint document showing properties, value, income, agreements, statements and bank statements.

Do I need a rental contract or is a hotel booking sufficient for the Destination Thailand Visa application from Switzerland?

I didn’t need to show anything, however, if you want to show a hotel booking for support. Do a reservation that you can cancel if your plans change maybe.

Be careful - there are scams about. I used Siam Legal and it was all above board and processed within 3.5 days of applying.

Hi, I didn’t submit a tenancy agreement for Thailand. I went through Siam legal and they didn’t request one. I went through Hanoi.
