My bank also stamped them with signature, also showed 12 months of pension deposits

 sorry yes it is , my government gives my copes of my pensions each year for tax purposes and the Vancouver embassy accepts them

 if the DTV visa is tied to the cooking course it most likely will end when the cooking class is over , ie … the date of the last stamp .
