I'd say there's very little to no Thai food that is Vegan. Simply put.... Fish Sauce is in almost all dishes.

Maybe I'm confused... Is this person paying for a Vietnamese Entry Visa, or the DTV Visa at the Embassy or DTV online? Either way, I don't really care any further.

I've only been to embassies surrounding Thailand. Cash has always been required.

I've never heard of any embassy or consulate taking credit cards. Most websites say cash only, and give a specific amount.
