Can anyone advise please as I will be applying for the dtv visa soon. My preferred soft power would be a Thai culinary course however I really want to locate to Hua Hin and there are no dtv approved cooking schools there. I do not really want to do Muay Thai but what other options would I have for Hua Hin please. Dont mind a little travel on a weekly basis but not too far
Greetings All, can you recommend a credible Thai cooking school approved under the DTV Thai Soft Power, one you actually attended (not just enrolled in)? Looking for a program that’s flexible with rescheduling start date and refunds, if needed.
Any tips and recommendations that helped you get approved for DTV Thai Soft Power would be greatly appreciated🙏🏻. Thank you kindly.
House of Taste Thai Cooking School -- Is this school credible for DTV and its cooking class?
I googled around and found this cooking school. I found there are over thousands of 5-star Google Reviews. I visited the school in Sukhumvit a few days ago and only found a few students studying there. The teacher, who is called Jay, said it's a low season but she was unable to explain any questions about DTV. Only her colleague on Whatsapp can explain the visa application.
I have searched this group with the name of the school, but I am keen to hear experience of DTV holders who got visas from this school in over past few months.
I am going to find the most credible way to get a DTV soon. Appreciated.
Thai cooking schools normally offer 6 to 12-month courses. On their pages, they always recommend 12-month courses for higher credibility in visa application.
Shall I opt for 6 or 12 months? With 6 months I could fail the visa application?
I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times, but I can never seem to successfully find old posts from the group page.. 🙏🏽
I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a reputable Thai cooking school/s in BKK area that have a good track record for having DTV visas go through successfully? And also any visa company recommendations that could help with the visa process if the school wasn't able to help with that part? I've read that Issa Compass seems to have a good track record for getting the DTVs to go through, so they seem trustworthy.. I think there are others that people have had good luck with also?
Also, if anyone has recommendations of places to apply from that seem to go smoothly?
I think Hanoi and Jakarta seems to be smooth for a lot of folks, but there seems to be other recommended places as well, and also places to avoid..
Thank you so much to everyone in this group for any help you might be able to provide.. I learn a lot from you guys.. 🙏🏽
I'm in the states now, have US passport, but will be in Thailand beginning late August, so can apply from anywhere outside Thailand that anyone recommends..
Hey guys! I’m looking for a Thai cooking school. I’m actually interested in learning how to cook too. I’m not just doing this for the visa. Does anyone know if there’s any cooking school that offers professional chef cooking classes?
