the non immigrant b is a 1 year visa. Its there in writing. The fact that you leave every 90 days doesnt make it 4 x 90 day visa. Same as METV. Its a 180 day visa but you need to leave every

then check and give me an answer. Its all on any visa website. Is the Non immigrant b a year visa or a 90 days visa. Lets see if your logic stacks up......

no. as long as you clock in on day 90 ie the last day then the 90 day visa has been fulfilled. The fact you stay 5 days or 85 days thereafter doesnt change the visas validity. Are you saying a non immigrant b visa is a 1 year visa or a 90 day visa ?

thats only opinion to be fair Rob. Im happy to consider it 90 days in the same way as i consider the METV 180 days. Not really relevant regardless

thanks. I did mine online with London and only sent them my ourward flight. Metv issued 2 days later. Might just by a cheap ticket out or at least have one ready to buy quickly on the phone !. Thanks
