then I left a couple of weeks when I came back to Phuket they told me at the airports that I should’ve obtained a visa and forced me to buy a return ticket one month later not a day more. Gowever, when they stamped my passport, it said two months. Now I wanna stay a little over one month. Would that be an issue?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster has experienced issues regarding their entry and stay in Thailand, having been informed at the airport that they needed a visa after initially being allowed a two-month stay. They were given a stamp indicating two months of allowed stay but now wish to extend their stay by a month beyond that. Community responses suggest that the original poster's stay is legally bound by the stamp in their passport. It’s advised to check with immigration to clarify their situation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
.'i think immigration has warned you so good luck. Have the 3 things crucial to enter Thailand and if questions arise strongly maintain you are a tourist.
I arrived on a T60 and have renewed to stay for 90 days total. If I go away for a week or two, and fly back in with the three items you outlined, do you think they'll let me in? And if so will I get another T60?
don’t bother about it too much. They try to make us feel bad for using a scheme that has no guidelines, no rules and then they wonder why people would abuse it to live in this country. In my opinion as long as you don’t work you have no reason to feel bad. I will never pay for Thai Elite, or DTV until they make it clear how many days per year you can use a TV or Visa exemption, especially not after seeing people enter every week on back to back exemptions and tourist visas.
No one asked you to feel bad. But you will be denied entry eventually, which can be very expensive if they force you to buy a ticket on the spot back to your passport country.
well, don't complain if next time you try to get in the country you get denied and forced to buy a ticket out of the country while in a detention room.... ;)
