Has this ever happened to anyone? I don’t know how to move forward from here, there’s no way to contact them, they have nothing on their website, no email, chat, and their phone number is not working - I paid the $500 so it’s frustrating to be stuck like this. Is there anyone I can contact?

I’m very confused, I don’t know even know what it means that the country didn’t match the passport - Im a US citizen with a US passport, so I’m confused what didn’t match.

EDIT: I applied online in Indonesia, my passport is USA, never went to an embassy.

Wow, my visa got approved! Somehow didn't expect that anymore... Now my question is, how long do I have before I have to activate it? And can I do that from a country different than where it is issued and trough a landborder as well?

Looking at submitting an application while in Laos in January. Tried to make appointment for the but system says none available and mentions the e-visa will start 1 January. Will it be online only started January 1 in Laos. If I am there, I apply online to Vientiane?

DTV Visa - appplication KL

It took me 6 working days to get my visa.

I applied Tuesday, they asked for additional documents Friday late afternoon, I delivered yesterday afternoon, approval today!

NOTE:

They still require you to go to the embassy of the country, where your employers company is located to authenticate your contract + company's registration/business license.

DO THAT before you send the documents to the Thai Embassy and it save you time.

As this requirement was off their website, I thought the online process changed that - but no, they still require it!

The US embassy let me in without an upfront booked appointment, but I would not count on this.

I am positive, if I'd delivered the US Embassy authentication letter straight on Friday, I'd have the visa already on Monday.

When applying for evisa (London) and they ask for extra documents, have people found they ask for all extra documents at once or do you send one required document and then they say there’s more to send? I just want to get an idea of how quickly the process should take once I send them what they asked for. Thanks in advance.

When's the best time to go to the BK short term visa immigration? And is 5 days before expiration date ok?

Hello. I have some questions about the visa application form as it confuses me:

1. In the top right I have to select which visa I want, but “DTV” is not one of the options, so which one should I select?

2. “Current address”: I’ve been renting a Bangkok apartment for over a year, but I’m going to Jakarta to apply for my DTV, so which address should I write down? My Bangkok condo or my Jakarta hotel?

3. “Permanent address”: I guess I should I leave it empty as it will be the same my Bangkok address above? Or perhaps I should even note my Netherlands address where I grew up?

4. “Date of Arrival in Thailand”: Ehh I don’t know the exact date upon which I’ll enter Thailand again, as it depends on when they’ll approve my visa lol. So what should I fill out there?
