Lol! You're doing material now, right?

Snark doesn't always come through clearly with the written word, btw.

Also, I'm describing what is the most likely route towards freer travel (not my own opinion of it.) Whether you like it or not, it'll involve vaccines. And, for Thailand in particular, it'll most likely require the (so far, very slow) efforts inside the country to progress substantially.

Because a) the government is not sure (some might say paranoid.) And thus b) inoculation in this country needs to be further progressed (while also developing a better understanding of the vaccine and how effective it is against mutations.)

I'm realistic that, whatever you may think of vaccines, we need that effort if we want to see travelling return to some semblance of normalcy.

But as others posted, keep an eye on Phuket. They'll likely become a shorter quarantine playground for those with who've received the jab(s).
Thomas ********************
That'll change. But as someone posted above, it'll likely require Thailand to be further along with inoculation efforts.

To not get sick? To help us all combat the virus?

@Jinren ******
I accidentally used something called "Star Visa". They were very helpful and it didn't cost anything extra.

I so hope you're right. And it seems realistic now. Just spent a week down south (a certain in-/famous spot.) And the noticeable impact was heart breaking.

I wouldn't go that far. You can seek an extension in good time before your current stamp expires.

But I'm sure you're right we won't have clarity before the last second. Seems the chosen style 😅

Not much of a gambler :)

But if forced, I'd probably go along with that.

Which, I think, for now, is possible to do until March 30 (which will probably be extended.)
