Anecdotal, I know. Just entered the kingdom at swampy on my third METV in as many years. I have 3-4 SETV's in my history as well. The IO didn't even raise an eyebrow.
I know it may very well be all about luck. But I always use a fast track service when I enter. A guy picks me up at the gate. Walks me to immigration. Has a brief cheerful chat with the IO and waits for me to get through. I have a feeling it makes me look good. Certainly shows I have money to throw away. Besides, it's wonderfully convenient. This is the one I use:

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post shares a personal experience of entering Thailand on a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) without issues, highlighting the use of a fast track service for a smoother immigration process. The author mentions that the immigration officer (IO) did not question their METV status, suggesting that using a VIP service may enhance the appearance of having the means to afford such services while aiding in convenience.
There was a post recently in a certain other group with a guy being denied with a brand new METV. His fb profile had some hints about working in Thailand, though. I don't know the full story, sadly.
