Anecdotal, I know. Just entered the kingdom at swampy on my third METV in as many years. I have 3-4 SETV's in my history as well. The IO didn't even raise an eyebrow.
I know it may very well be all about luck. But I always use a fast track service when I enter. A guy picks me up at the gate. Walks me to immigration. Has a brief cheerful chat with the IO and waits for me to get through. I have a feeling it makes me look good. Certainly shows I have money to throw away. Besides, it's wonderfully convenient.
