That's terrible advice. Guy needs a bank account. At the moment, that's not easy to get if on an exemption (if not impossible.)

 I didn't say it would be. Was asking for recent experiences. The Danish foreign ministry isn't always up to date for every country. Which is understandable and they also point that out on the site.
