Hello All! I am filling out my VISA form and it asks for financial information - bank statements, pay stubs, etc. How much do they want? A year's worth? Just last month?
I appreciate your experience with this!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The amount of financial documentation required for a Thailand tourist visa application at the LA embassy varies. While some applicants have successfully submitted only the most recent month's bank statement, others have indicated that different embassies (like those in the UK or Manila) may have stricter requirements, sometimes asking for up to six months of bank statements. It's advisable to check directly with the embassy for specific requirements.
The one I did on the uk wanted 6 months of bank statements. I just showed them the balance which showed I had the necessary £5k in. Not sure if it’s the same there
I have never pulled a visa from LA... But everywhere else that I have used - all I needed what a print out of my balances... Like from onlnie banking... Nothing complicated.
My guess is LA is following the rules and that is why they are requesting the information... Other embassies (Manila, Colombo, for example) have strict requirements.
