How can I extend my tourist visa and do my 90-day reporting at Bumrungrad Hospital?

Very happy to report that things are same same at Bumrungrad Hospital. I just extended my tourist stay there. All one needs to do that is passport, departure card, and 3000 baht. You make an appointment during the week, and then show up Saturday morning where a few immigration officers are there to finalise things. Money well spent! And the perfect excuse for an early beer and rejoice about NOT going to Chaenwattana :)

No TM30 nonsense, btw.

And contrary to what it says on the link, you do not need to be a patient to do this.

Oh! And you can also do 90 day reporting in a similar manner. I don't know specifics about that. But I'd most certainly look into it if I were on a relevant visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Bumrungrad Hospital offers a convenient way to extend tourist visas and complete 90-day reporting. You only need your passport, departure card, and 3000 baht for the extension. An appointment is required during the week, and processing occurs on Saturday mornings with immigration officers present. The service is efficient and avoids the hassles of other immigration offices, like Chaenwattana.

1900. But that has a significant "hidden" cost. A lost day filled with utter annoyance. I'm more than happy to spend the few extra baht at Bumrungrad.

90 day online or use the APP

That's not what I've heard. Anyway, it's more about avoiding the trip to Chaengwattana. And, even more, the trip back.

. Need to do one in person before you can use it. Same if you get new passport with a different number, need to start again.

Do you know if an appointment is required for a 90 day report?

Pretty sure it is. You can find the phone number (and I think email) on the link I included.

Woah that's cheaper then Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, I did the same thing twice a few years ago, however cost was 5000 for a 90 day medical ext on a metv, agreed it's money well spent, no need for boarder runs or flight out of the country, can't remember if the ext was done in house, but left them my passport and picked it up the next day

Medical extension is still 1,900 like any other. But you need a good reason and a doctor to sign off on it. 5,000 isn't crazy if that included the hospital going out to immigration for you.

With this service immigration come to the hospital and you can do any extension there without being sick.

Very cool. That is actually a different thing, though. This is a regular 30 day extension of a tourist stay. But it saves me the hazzle of going to the government complex which is basically in Isaan.
