How can I successfully book an appointment for a visa extension at Bumrungrad Hospital?

Shipmates. I've been trying to book an appointment (for extension of stay) at Bumrungrad since last week. I called the main number and the lady gave me this

02 011 3001

which only gives me the busy signal.

After a few days, I called the main number again and she gave me this

02 011 3003

giving me the same result.

Anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Should I maybe just go there and make an appointment in person for the following Saturday?

Cheers for any pointers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is facing difficulties in booking an appointment for a visa extension at Bumrungrad Hospital, as the provided phone numbers are continuously busy. Other users suggest alternative numbers to call, recommend having the hospital transfer the caller to the business center, and offer advice on emailing necessary documents to facilitate the appointment without an in-person visit. They also mention the fees involved in the extension process.

Somebody posted before the charge is now 900 baht

Call the main hospital number, have them transfer you to the business center on the 10th floor. You'll get someone and they'll give you an email address that you can send copies of your passport's data page, the visa, the entry stamp and the TM.6 departure card to so you don't have to go in in-person and register to show up on Saturday.

Unless I'm wrong the new service charge for extensions is 900baht in addition to the 1900baht extension fee.

Also, oddly, the guy I talked to said I could just show up on Saturday
****
. But then the extra fee would be 1500 :)

the O/P is asking about getting an extension of stay at Bumrungrad Hospital. If you don't know anything about how that works OR want to recommend them to go to an immigration office DON'T bother posting.

Try 02 011 3002 or just call the main number ask them to transfer you to the business centre.

Thanks Tod. Might try that.

@Tho***
, IF you call them back and hammer them they'll give you an email that you can send copies of your passport data page, visa, entry stamp and TM.6 departure card and it will save you a trip there to 'register'.

I did it for a friend of mine that way.

Lol 02 worked. Apparently I have to go submit my passport on next Tuesday and then finalise on the following Saturday (office not open during Songkran). Very odd.

But thanks Adam Beechinor
