Something similar happened to me when my mother-in-law forgot to fill it in on myreturn. We went to immigration 3 weeks later with it and had to pay 850 fine. Got a slap on the wrist for being late. Not sure if every area is the same though. This was in s. Thailand and at least 5 years ago.

been more than 10 years. Quite tiring. Most stressful time of the year is always visa renewal time.

I thought I was the only one that felt that way. Every year you think it is going to be easier and they toss another curve ball. This year it was that my rental agreement with the owner did not specify an annual change in amount...even though the owner is our cousin and the amount was never an object. Many times we even left a figure off the contract. Suddenly, this is an issue. One time, it was that we didn't have a pic of us in our bedroom, another time, we had the same clothes on in the first and last pic. There's always something.

They have provided it. I have it all here. However, when I went to the immigration office in my area two weeks ago they said he did not need to renew it until 26 Sept (they saw all the paperwork). I just worry as they have incorrectly informed me on things before

I had to do mine on the 22nd. In April all went well and when I logged onto it on 22 July...overstayed. I went to immigration the next day and also phoned the hotline. Their website was due to come back online on the 22nd of July according to the young officer I spoke to at the hotline. The phone app was faulty apparently. So, best to phone them to ask what is happening or go down to your immigration office and ask them to find out.
