Hi. So now with the new e-visa regulations, as I have read, you must show proof of funds to get marriage non-o single entry visa (90 days) too, is that right? Is that like that in all the thai consulates? Also is the processing time now 10-15 days? So what are you supposed to do? live in Laos 2 weeks?
This is the first time I have to renew my visa since the new regulations. Appreciate if someone who did it can advise and if there is a way around it. Thanks!
I just got my "application of stay is under consideration" stamp for marriage non-o. I have to go back to the immigration office on Nov 23. I have paid 1900 at the immigration this time.
* How much I have to pay for multi-entry extension of stay next time?
* I want to go to Korea on Nov 5. How much I have to pay for re-entry permit for my "under consideration" stamp? Usual 1900?

Hi All, Some advise required please. I have a british passport and been working here in Thailand on and off for 2 years and been on a non B with work permit. In between times I have retuned to the UK applied for a METV, my latest visa expires shortly and I have just applied for the 30 day extension taking me to the 12th May. I will getting married on the 7th April however I can not get an appointment at the Embassy for the Affirmation of freedom to marry until the 13th May (just my luck). I therefore intend to fly to HK the first week of May. Can i ask what visa you would suggest I apply for in HK? in order to then change to the marriage Non O visa here? Or do you think it is possible to return to Thailand on the 30 day visa exempt and apply for the marriage Non O visa once i return?
