for every small change my local bangkok bank branch wants me to visit the office where i opened the account. Like when i lost my card i had to travel to pakchong. Would be easier to just use the bank across the street instead of a multiple hour taxi ride
thanks. I just called the swiss embassy and they said that they don’t know either. They said it might be a passport copy signed by the embassy but if I can get the bank to explain what it is, they will be happy to help me. If I find out, i will update this post as it might help others, too 🙏
That was already a known problem when they introduced the e-visa for tourists. glad my embassy picked up the phone to confirm. I never use my middle name but thai places like hospitals use it because it’s easy ro pronounce
