surprising to hear. I have never personally experienced it having flown to the country 50 times plus. Also never been required for any family or friends. I guess it’s more likely to happen nowadays with rules ever changing.

you can get one of those from the immigration office if you take your rental condo contract.

you need to upload the QR code’s and crop the photos. On every page of the thaialnd pass application, you have examples of what you need to do. If you follow the examples exactly, you shouldn’t have a problem.

the exchange rate is much worse on money gram. It takes seconds to confirm this. Read what they said again, no fee, bad rate. You’re an easy target lol.
