TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 30-day extension on a tourist visa in Thailand, you only need to submit the most recent TM30 form from your current landlord or hotel, regardless of how many places you have stayed at during your 30 days. You do not need to submit multiple forms for previous accommodations.

Thank you for sharing this! Just to clarify, I will ONLY need to submit Form TM30 ONCE with the current landlord regardless how many places I move during the 30 days?

, you are supposed to be reported with TM30 every place you move in. But you need the latest TM30 receipt to apply for an extension.

thank you for your kind reply. Oh my ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ with the reporting.

You only need to have the latest and valid one as of the application date to apply for an extension. Only the latest is valid if you have multiple TM30 with check-out date open.

Every time you change address, a new Address Registration, Immigration form number 30 or on-line has to be done within 24 hours.

Just the most recent address registration where you are currently staying...not earlier ones.
