Hi, my first 90 report is due end September based on TM30 showing rented apartments in BKK.

I bought a villa in Hua Hin and should have the yellow book mid August.

I aim to wait until I have the yellow book then re apply the TM30 showing HH address for the 90 day report.

Am I missing anything for this simple move to make it easy at immigration

Hi a relative newbie here.

I arrived from UK on Saturday on non o Visa

I have obtained certificate of residence from immigration and today was successful in opening a bank account with Krungthai Bank.

What is the correct way to transfer the 800,000 ?

Can I just do it from my UK bank direct to Krungthai bank?

Thanks in advance

I am on a non-o visa based on marriage, the three months will expire soon and I hope to extend it by two months. I was wondering if it's possible to extend it using my daughter instead of my wife and say on the form reason for staying is being around daughter? And before you say "oh why don't you just bring your wife along and get it done with her" it's not that simple and getting it done with my daughter is much more convenient.

Do holders of DTV sail through Suvarnabhumi airport immigration? Or are they challenged on Thai language or their classes in cookery (for example )?

😟 Bank app locked me out.

No email or SMS notification from the bank. Just opened my bank app out of curiosity after reading a FB post here about his bank app getting locked. Same thing happened to me. So I went to AIS at Central Rama 9, did their ID verification, topped up 100 baht credit to my AIS account and got the AIS receipt which has my details like full name, passport number and mobile number for the bank then went to the bank branch here and after waiting 1 hour, my turn took 20 minutes for the bank to update. After 5PM same day, bank app is ok now.

I still love Thailand 🇹🇭🤩

Hey everyone,

Just got approved in Manila. Took 8 business days (total of 2 weeks because 2 weekdays were a thai holiday (thurs, fri last week).

Applied under Soft Power Muay Thai (9 months of classes).

Sent in all the necessary documents.

They asked for 2 additional documents:

1. The actual receipt of payment of Muay Thai classes

2. My business registration of my LLC

Status went into pending approval yesterday, approved today.

The application process is very straightforward:

1. Look on the embassy website for all the documents they require.

2. Provide them in visa application

3. Monitor your visa application in the event that you are asked for additional documents

4. Provide additional documents

5. Wait for approval

6. Enjoy Thailand :)

It's all spelled out on the embassy website.
