Hello. I’m a U.S. citizen in Thailand trying to get my dtv visa. I was planning on going to Cambodia for this. I need the 3 months 500k baht bank statements. Do they ask for proof of income, I am an investor/trader (stocks and crypto). Any advice would be appreciated

I am interested to find out the recent experience of people using the Thai E-Visa [members only]/ for their Non-O retirement visa, especially if you were here in Thailand when you made the request.

I obtained a Non-O visa and one year extension through an agent last year and I will be unable to request another year extension in November since I had to withdraw most of my funds for cancer treatment in the US earlier this year.

How am I supposed to do the Laos LDIF (like the DTAC) but for Laos, if the website is broken? Any alternative way? I'm guessing it's not the only day that it bug like this so some of you might have gone through this.

And for others who may not know, it's a requirement since September 1 upon crossing to Laos in Nong Khai, + Laos top 3 main airport (to need arrival + departure LDIF filled online).

I heard that visa category is the least hectic to get and can staying in Thailand upto one year. In one year, I will know if I want live in Thailand or scout new country.

Hi .. I have been coming in to Thailand on a visa exempt ( 60 days) . Each time , my stay duration is from a week to 45 days . Never overstayed . I will be applying for a non O ( 3 months + 12 ) and bank account using an agency in Bangkok the next time I fly into Thailand . However , that would be my 7 visa exempt entry this year , and slightly less than 180 days in total . I was told I would not be allowed in . Can anyone confirm this? I have also bought return tickets which i won’t be using once my non O is finalized . Can someone who has experienced going into Thailand more than 6 times in a year , tell me their experience and how I should deal with it .
