I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.

A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late

B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?

C) Can this be done online? Got links?

PS, I use Pattaya's immigration office.

Just retired with TP Gold visa and now getting all the paperwork sorted out for a long term stay

Got 10 year rental agreement for a house and got issued yellow house book and pink id card at the local city administration (Amphur)

Next step is drivers license, need to take a test and get a medical certificate but think the TP visa plus pink id card and yellow book is ok as documentation basis for application

Just one question if anyone should have same issue, my rental agreement and yellow book does not show same address. Owner of the rental house is not very cooperative so relatives of my late wife (I am now single and intend to stay single) organized it on their blue book. It included interview at the Amphur and some paperwork. I was informed at the city office that the 2 addresses don’t have to match as many Thais are registered one place but have actually moved and live/work in another place

Any comment or advice anyone, I was married for 37 years and the wife took care of everything, now I’m on my own and need all the advice I can get

Probably a bit of a strange request here! Partner and I are on DTV and each have two children attached to our visas.

My daughter’s best friend wants to come and live with us - which is fine for us and for her parents, of course!

The two teen girls will be traveling with us for at least half a year without school enrollment - and as her parents will not be joining us (except maybe for a couple of short visits), how do we go about her visa?

Should one of her parents get a DTV and then just leave her with us when they go? What other kind of legal caregiver documentation should we have in place, like in case she gets hurt and needs a hospital?

Thanks!

If I enter Thailand on 14/02/26 on a Non-Immigration OA visa I understand I will be stamped until 14/02/27. If I exited on 20/01/27 and returned 10/02/27 I have heard they will stamp until 10/02/28 (effectively a single entry visa now) - Is that correct?

What are the signs that your Bangkok Bank account has been frozen? Today I was unable to pay for a ฿79 lunch so paid cash then I tried cardless cash withdrawals at two ATMs that also failed. Now I'm waiting with a ticket at a branch to ask. If it has been frozen then I believe I need to go to my account branch?

Can the TrueMoney app be topped up with cash and where? Can I use it to pay by scanning a QR code (Prompt Pay)? So far I have only used it to pay at 7-Eleven by the shop scanning my app's QR code.

Hello! I'm trying to apply for a 180-day

extension on a DTV visa in Chiang Mai. Has anyone succeeded? Is it still difficult?

I started filling out the application for dtv and it says that my passport has to be ‘valid for at least six months from the date of visa application for single entry and one year for multiple entry’ but my passport expires in 8 months. I have already applied for another passport but it will take at least 2 months to get it. And I also need to be in Thailand for that 😥

Does anyone have experience with this? Can I still apply or it’s automatic rejection?
