Having stayed here thru covid they start telling you no no no and at the beginning of the month we’d be ok again with our visas as they were extended.

The process is like a circus 🤡. But eventually they change it . So 3 months after they announce stuff it may happen

I think you’d pay every time you changed ownership. But that’s only applicable to foreign quota apartments not Thai quota
