Entrance Experience

Made another entrance with my (workcation) DTV. This time at BKK. Flawless process. Used the thai line with my gf for the first time and we were through in 5mins. No questions asked, as always.

Officer scanned my evisa printout which not happened before (as far as i remember).

Only issue that the immigration officers seem to have is to find my last stamp(s).. it is a mess in my passport since a few years ago many officers only stamped 2x per page and then suddenly they started to fill gaps, so it is all over the place now…

I stayed in BKK for 5 days on January 2, then I came again on January 30 and stayed for another 6 days. Today, when I entered again, they stamped a 60-day visa in my passport. To those friends who are sharing photos and saying that you can only enter twice a year here

please don’t spread false information

Just entered bkk on a workation dtv issued last April. No questions at all. Didn't need to show the dtac as I guess it's linked to the pp number. She also didn't need both hands on the finger print for some reason. Stamped for 180 days.

Hi everyone. I applied for a DTV in Cambodia and received it while I was in Thailand. I need to fly out to get a stamp in my passport (I have seven border runs). Question: should I buy a green channel, or can I easily go through customs and get a DTV stamp in my passport? Has anyone else had any problems with this?

Anyone went to Bangkok to get their LTR stamped after having received the qualification endorsement from BOI? If so, I would like to know how long did it take you after you submitted your TDAC and passport copies to get the visa appointment?

Just entered Thailand for the first time on my DTV through Suvarnabhumi, and happy to report no issues. Handed the IO my passport, passport sized copy of my DTV, and boarding pass. There was no request to see my TDAC. She stamped me with an out date of March 30, 2026.

Update from CNX today 9/5 noon.

There were 2 international flights that arrived together.

The lines were pretty short and I waited 5 minutes.

The IO looked at my DTV and stamped me in for 180 days. He asked no questions.

Customs was closed and the bags came out quickly.

Easy peasy!

How do I get the physical DTV card?

I already have my printed DTV and arrived in Thailand 4 days ago.

How to get the card and immigration to do so would be of great help 👍🏽

Is there anyone who has completed 6 months of DTV this month and has returned to Thailand after going to another country? What questions did Immigration ask?
