What about a REMOTE WORKER DTV when you Just start your own company, and don’t have any clients history yet.
Any experiences.?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The thread discusses the challenges of applying for a Remote Worker DTV visa in Thailand without established client history. Several users suggest having sufficient funds (e.g., 500,000 baht) and proposing a solid business plan to strengthen the application. However, many express skepticism, noting that a lack of portfolio and business history could lead to a visa denial. Some recommend considering a Soft Power activity instead, highlighting that navigating the visa process may be complicated without prior client work or experience.
ignoring feedback it’s a choice, you don’t want to go for soft power because you don’t want to spend the bare minimum. Got my DTV in France, good luck with a new company with no proven track records. Likely to be rejected.

You'll need to show a portfolio and eventually transactions/work you've done with some customers. It depends on the embassy, but a company paper under your name with zero transaction is unlikely to convince them. If you get an interview, that will be even more difficult.

source: from many MONTHS of reading and following the experiences of many forum members who have applied for the DTV visa. You are free to apply and we would appreciate knowing that you were successful or not. Thank You 👍
I'm not trying to be the most popular kid on the block. You've asked for the opinions on your possible application for the DTV visa. Again I wish you success 🤞

My advice is to get the DTV visa using Soft Power activity. And concurrently get your new Digital nomad workcation business up and operating, per your business plan.
I did not bookmark the posts so I don't have the links. They applied in London, with business registration, outline of business etc but had just started. It depends also where you apply, embassies approve differently.
