Email confirmation definitely states OA Visa but given all the requirements I am thinking it will be easier to go down the non O Visa pathway 🤞

I tried UPDOC here in Australia and they couldn’t help me - said I needed to see a Dr in person

it’s a complicated situation- my brother died in Chiang Mai and I am executor of his affairs- it’s essential that I open a Thai bank account in my name in order to finalise his financial affairs- SCB bank in Chiang Mai where my brother has an account have informed me I need an OA Visa to do this
