can’t get a Dr to sign off on medical certificate for OA Bisa so seems like I don’t have a choice

Scb or kasikorn with nonO and lease agreement will be fine....some might need residency cert u have to visit more branches....some have been successful with just nonO and thai driving licence

DIY easy, we find SCB very helpful, and heard good things about yellow bank as well a solid online banking platform is very helpful here…..

Just go to the bank and ask what’s needed ??most likely a resident certificate and a one year lease
