I have not even been able to get into the portal so the files do not matter. After I went into incognito and was finally able to get on the home page of the portal a message popped up saying they are fixing it and it happened this morning. I will post the screenshot.

In Canada Thai embassy is too strict n charge 16,457 baht for DTV n now they don’t want investment n I had to ask bank to prove that it is redeemable within 24 hrs. They don’t want dental appointment n I need to get a treatment plan n still have no visa yet. Asian countries r best place to apply.

Technically I have 3 health insurance and am not getting what I need. We have Medicare free, I have Canada Life costing me $51.54 CAD per month and Government of Nunavut purchase from Sunlife an insurance for those over 65. BTW last night I paid $650CAD (16,546 Baht) to apply for DTV in Ottawa. Probably cheaper in Asia.
