 I was able to upload it using chrome book with changed password n verified with bank that 16,457 baht already charged on my card.

 bank advised $650 cleared so I cannot get my money back if visa not granted. Normally when pending they put a hold on the money only.

 someone called me n wanted a letter to explain what IA mean. Investment Account n it is redeemable within 24 hours. Bank gave me to upload n was successful.
