TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Canada is struggling to upload additional documents requested by the Thai embassy in Ottawa, facing technical difficulties with an online submission system that repeatedly loops and does not accept their files. They have already emailed the documents but were refused by the embassy. Community responses suggest various troubleshooting methods including resizing files, clearing browser cache, trying different browsers, and using scanning apps to upload via mobile.
So your problem is that you can‘t re-login anymore after you already did it successfully when you first uploaded the documents? Then try to get a new PW, there is a button with „forgot password“
Turn off ur VPN...make sure the size is what they allow....and use a different browser Google or Firefox...if that dont work. Then delete ur catch n history on that site and try again.
I have not even been able to get into the portal so the files do not matter. After I went into incognito and was finally able to get on the home page of the portal a message popped up saying they are fixing it and it happened this morning. I will post the screenshot.
Try to attach the file again and take notice of a pop-up informing you that your file size is too large. Resize the file to be less than 3 megabytes and then it will upload. Hope this helps.
the files r tiny I cannot get past the log in page bcoz I put my password n as soon as it is accepted I start typing the captcha n it says invalid n when I type next one it says password invalid n it is still sitting there without me changing anything. I could not even get into the portal to upload any file.
