They're going to eventually figure out that you're not really residing in USA and may demand back payment. I Believe if you read the policy, the coverage is for temporary travel like travel insurance.

Just show up for your 90 day report. Then either they will say nothing or tell you what you need to do.

Medicare coverage is invalid outside of USA and its territories. Nearest is Guam.

You realize that 1) insurance coverage is not required for non-o based on retirement visa. 2) healthcare is at least ⅓ the cost of haha in USA and its in many ways better quality.
