i got LTR visa and my understanding is foreign income is tax exempt but im not sure it gives us a free pass may still need to file if a tax resident (if i do or not is another Q) ltr also has no 90d reporting (ann only) and fast track at airport)

looks like they used an agent and it was submitted hence its "pending" in other words it was submitted BUT no word from RTE (unless it was a pure scam)

i assume you talking about LTR visa there are various categories depending on your circumstances i got wealthy pensioner which was relatively easy i dont recall them even asking about criminal record (i didnt have to prove anything) you can go to the online application to see what you need search BOI LTR thailand
