Hi. New here . First post. I heard there is now a 10 year visa for living in Thailand. Is this true?

I have a criminal record. Not a bad one and not within 5 years.

Will this prevent me from living in Thailand?

I have a small misdemeanor on my record from 2018. It was obstructing justice. Will that prevent me from getting a retirement visa?

Does anyone know once being imprisoned in Thailand are you blacklisted for life?

Hypothetical situation... Apply for single entry 60 day tourist visa via evisa in USA.

If this visa were denied (55 yr old drug arrest that was pardoned but electronic records don't indicate the pardon) and I showed up for a 30 day via exempt, would I be denied entry?

looking for a good lawyer who can do fbi checks and necessary expungements for small convictions from Once Upon A Time In America. that’s my impediment in getting ltr visa in Thailand.

Hello I am currently in Chiangmai and have gotten a job in Chonburi. The company sent me the letter and didn’t my criminal record in Chiangmai. Can I use the criminal record from Chiangmai to apply for a NON-B visa in Chonburi with no issues.

And side question, can I apply for my NON-B visa in Chonburi using an address in Chiangmai since I don’t live there yet?

G’day everyone, a friend of mine is hoping to retire and live in Thailand next year. He was convicted of a crime in the UK approx 30 years ago and since his release has a clean slate. Will this cause a problem when applying for a retirement visa? Thank you in advance

How hard do they look at your criminal record? I have a bunch of CDS arrest (24 total ) 😬when i was younger, the last was in 2009, will that affect a retirement visa?
