Can't wait to get back to pattaya for a more relaxed life style.back in 3 weeks.I just couldn't remember where I did those hand scans I thought it was at the customs booth when arriving? Tony Birnseth so before I would have the 800,000 2 months prior and 3 months after to get a letter to show imagration that I had the money in the bank.it was a 1 piece letter and made copies of my bank book pages for 1 year..Not sure what this new 4 month thing is?..is it 4 months total? Or 4 months before now? Or 4 months after? A bit confused. If 4 months before I better top up I do mind in December. I am a bkk bank customer

Do you have to meet all 3 of those requirements?..I myself meet 2 but I'm not married to a thai national.or is it you at least have to meet 1 of the 3 requirements?

Graham Seal awesome I'll be returning in September so I'll give it a go for sure..doing the 90 day is easy as well.saves a trip to imagration so learning to do my tm30 is going to be great thanks for the support and response

Jesper Ngiam thank you , great information ill give it a try when I return. I think last time I just had a agent do it..but as a owner now wasn't sure a owner had to do it ..I don't rent my place out..I do my own 90 days on line..but have never tried to do the tm 30... ill give it a go

If you own your condo do you have to do a tm30 apon arrival? With in 24 hrs..
