Hi Guys, I currently have a retirement visa and due to the UK pension rules if I just stay in Thailand my state pension is frozen (I arrived 3 months ago! The question I would like to ask is if I go back to the UK for 6 months and wouldn't be able to do the 90 day reporting would I lose my visa? Which I would like to keep!

Many thanks, David

Just a quick question- my child is on non-ed visa for secondary school, I’m on a non-o guardian visa, spouse is on a non-o retirement visa obtained in Thailand (not an o-a or o-x); how long can I be outside of Thailand without putting my visa (non-o guardian) at risk?

Need advice.

I used to get a multiple entry visa based on marriage, which I need to renew this month.

My job means that I leave Thailand every 6 weeks and then go back home.

This visa is no longer available, meaning that every time I leave Thailand for work or to go to the UK, I would need to get a new visa., this is not going to look very good.

Any suggestions

I know the answer may be very obvious but can anyone tell me what the effective difference is between a single entry non O visa as opposed to a multiple entry one?

Hi, I am moving to Thailand in July and have a non immigrant visa (single entry). I planned on visiting in a couple of weeks for 1 week. I am from the UK so do not require a visa for 1 week. I am wondering will visiting for 1 week impact my non immigrant visa?

My plan is I will live Thailand but will leave for work for a month every 5 months.

Can I put 800k in my Thai bank 3 months before I apply for the retirement visa. Apply for th o visa in the uk.

Then apply for the retirement visa in Thailand

Then the question is when I leave Thailand put the 800k in the Thai bank again and in month 11 on the retirement visa can I again apply for the 0 and do the same every yr.

I’m ask this as I will leave Thailand. Every yr around month 11 of the retirement visa.

This would only then cost me

£60 for the o visa from the uk then the retirement visa fee in Thailand.

Please advise

Hello! I’ve just returned home to UK after a 34 day stay in Thailand using a 60 day tourist visa. I stupidly got a single entry visa so can’t go back on it. Is there a limit on how often you can have a tourist visa? I’m currently on a sabbatical and would like to go back ASAP.

Morning

Can anyone advise if there has been a change in the multi entry tourist visa? A friend who lives here says I can only leave and enter again one time. I think he may of confused it with another visa. I need 6 months. Your help is appreciated

Hello, here's my issue: Last year my son was born in Thailand and since then he has not left the country. Me and my wife are both foreigners who study online in Thailand on ED visa extensions. We have already got a passport for our son at the embassy and plan to go abroad for a couple of weeks. Then we want to come back to Thailand using re-entry permits (parents) and visa exemption (son).

The question is: Do we have to go to the Immigration to get any stamp/notification/note/etc. to our son's passport before leaving Thailand or we can simply go to the airport and pass through the border control with his blank passport?
