enjoy your holiday in oz. I hope your not going to qld. RT-PCR test before you go. I hope no one with you tests positive. You will be staying at a quarantine hotel and paying $3000 for the privilege. It’s all about perspective, flying to Thailand only 0.13% of tourists are positive on arriving. They are transiting through the Middle East. Your chances of testing positive are almost zero. You still only have to stay in your hotel room until you get your negative result. Then you can go anywhere on the entire island for the 7 days. After that you can fly to Bangkok for under $100. Keep an open mind and look at the possibilities of what could happen wherever you go. In Australia if you are on the same plane as someone who tests positive, then the entire plane goes into quarantine. I hope you make the choice that is right for you. I came to Thailand on December 8 and am having a great time.
