The next meeting of the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) is scheduled for Friday, with an emergency meeting held on December 21 to discuss possible changes to travel restrictions due to the Omicron variant. Recent updates indicate that the 'Test and Go' program for quarantine exemptions has been suspended and that the Thailand Pass system will stop accepting new applications. There is also a possibility of further announcements affecting international travelers, particularly regarding restrictions based on their country of origin.

BANGKOK — PM Prayut Chan-o-cha on Tuesday afternoon said Thailand will no longer accept any further applications from international travelers for quarantine exemption until further notice, starting today.
Prayut said he gave the order to suspend the “Test and Go” program during a meeting with the government’s coronavirus response center. Accordingly, the Thailand Pass system, which is required by travelers to forego quarantine provided that they test negative for COVID-19 on arrival, will stop accepting new applications.
I get conflicting information but as it stands people with passes before 10th of January seems to be able to go in planned fashion. They closed for new applications and will keep Phuket sandbox.
they are doomed... End of tourism basically going backwards instead of forward
I think a hope for you all ok. My flight is mid January

HERE WE ARE
Thailand’s PM has ordered the immediate suspension of new registrations for Test and Go. There will be no further registrations until the situation is reconsidered on January 4, 2022. However, people who have already applied will still be allowed to come. Wait for more details
so you can still come in but is it as test and go or would you have to quarantine?

UPDATE 1: According to the PM, there are 90,000 people who already have a Thailand Pass and they will be allowed to come in. The situation will be reviewed on 4th January. Thai media reporting people on Test & Go can come in on same conditions but they will need to do a second RT-PCR test.
