URGENT: TEST & GO New Rules from 24th onwards.

I just read on this website that from 24th onwards I have to stay 7 days in the SHA hotel not only one. I booked only one night when I got approved. Does that mean if I wanna use my pass I have to book 6 more nights in Bangkok? Can it be in Phuket? HELP I fly tomorrow!

TLDR : Answer Summary
From December 24 onward, travelers entering Thailand under the Test & Go program will still be required to stay only one night at a SHA+ hotel, as long as their Thailand Pass was approved before the cut-off. The new rules highlight the necessity of a second RT-PCR test on day 6 instead of an ATK antigen test. Clarifications suggest that confusion may arise from changes to protocols, but travelers who adhered to the previous rules should be unaffected except for the addition of the second test.

I HAVE TO AGREE - I was impressed when I got to Bangkok with many irregularities on my Paperwork - I was made feel very welcome, and impressed by the welcome - I stayed One Month - finally got to my village (Welcomed by the Locals) - Once you've done the Paperwork once, just keep it on file, but No Major Issues...... Everyone that got Thailand Pass applications in before the cut-off are entering by the OLD RULES. Even those whose applications that are still under consideration. The only difference is you must do a second RT-PCR test on day 6 rather than an ATK antigen test. Otherwise it is still the same one-night Test & Go stay. Here's the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs announcement.

If your Thailand Pass has been approved , you're all good . You need only 1 night . 7 nights are only for people who are entering Thailand with Phuket Sandbox

Thai pass is still valid for one night stay at a sha+ hotel until you get your results then on day 6 you must now get a second test at a government facility and it’s free of charge !
