I am in Thailand with a one year multiple entry visa Issued at the Thai embassy in my home country.I have already been here for 3 months departed and arrived and received another 90 Days.
I realise there is a difference if u get the visa in Thailand but if u apply in your home country that is what u get
That is not your visa.Assuming u applied in your home country u should have a 1 year visa.Hopefully u applied for multiple entry. When u arrive in Thailand u will get a stamp in your passport as u have shown. The O marriage visa is a one year visa but it requires a departure from Thailand within 90 days exactly as your stamp shows After u departe and re enter u will get another 3 months.U cannot get this extended at immigration it requires physical dept and entry which u can do each 3 months until the 1 year visa expires. Then u need to get a new 1 year visa.
This is a simple process in your home country.2 Visa application forms + 2 fotos.Investment info or bank statements showing you are not destitute.A letter from Thai wife inviting you to visit or accompany her to Thailand Copy of her passport and Thai ID card .If u own property in Thailand appropriate paperwork .1 year multple entry O visa fee + your passport sent to Thai embassy and either copy or original marriage cert which is returned with passort when visa is issued.
Presistence and creativity will always work.SCB has been good over the years with the odd wrinkle.Bought a condo and needed to transfer 3 mill baht from my account to his.Same bank same branch. Was advised there would be a 1pcent transfer charge.Same bank same branch.Getting knowhere I decided to withdraw 3 mill baht cash.Cause a small stir, advised would take a while counting all the notes. No problem. Finally some one with a brain asked what I intended doing with the money.I will deposit into my friends account. After 2 min of whispered discussion I was advised I could tranfer at a cost of 100 b.Thailand in a nutshell.
