Which city has some cooler weather now? During the day and during the evening and night?

Until now I was in Bangkok and Pattaya. Pattaya has some light wind and cooler air in the evening, probably because of the sea.

How is in Phuket and in Chiang Mai these days? Can you recomend some place or city with lower temperatures?

Anyone ever brought frozen meat back with you? I am assuming that butchers can make a whole sealed with dry ice package, but I fly from San Francisco to Chiang Rai and it's often close to 30 hours..

Help please... I got Royal Vacation to do my Thailand pass application for Test n Go .. great service.. I'm going to do a Thailand pass application for Phuket Sandbox .. I have everything I need except the 2nd PCR Test booking. Royal Vacation did my PCR Test booking on Arrival at Phuket Airport. When I login to PSAS I don't see an option to just book the 2nd test .. wants me to book another arrival test. Any tips or do I just go back to Royal Vacation? Thanks
