Can I change a 30-day visa exemption for a 60-day visa in Pattaya and then extend it?

Jeremy ********

We will know more after 1 Nov…you can get a 30 day visa free waiver stamp then for ฿1,900 extension at your local immigration you can extend that for 30 days…who knows if the land borders will be open to apply for the 60 day SETV or a relatively cheap air border to do a fly Out/In for the SETV….wait until 1 Nov to find out
