I come in 10 or 12 times a year for 4 to 6 days at a time, I live in a nearby country, bought a holiday Condo many years ago. It's my way of getting out of an expensive country for a short break. There are many FIFO workers similar to me.

Join the Building in Thailand FB page, even if you're not planning to build it is absolute mine of information, plus gives you the real idea of what a place should cost.

I own a free hold Condo, had it for 12 Years, not bought as investment but as something I use regularly. Buy with your eyes wide open, if you're after a quick gain don't buy.

I got my Thailand Pass yesterday for arrival in 3 weeks, it stated that I'm to get a predepature PCR test but like you I've seen in numerous articles it stops on April 1st?

I used booking.com for many years, but they went to hell at the start of the pandemic. Will never use them again.

Tune, only for the necessary Covid 20k I've a yearly travel policy that covers any other issues.

I got insurance for the 20k covid coverage only for 1900 for 30 days cover.

Mine went down by around 30%.

I applied 6 weeks before, rejected in 4 hours, then reappled, got it in 2 days.
