I'm not sure what you mean about address registration, I have been at the same address for the last 14 years and my TM30 is valid. When they give me my 90 day slip the reference number under the barcode on the top right also contains my old passport number.

Yes, of course, I had no problem doing 90 day reports on my previous passport.

I am fully aware of the procedure to change and update to a new passport as I completed this almost a year ago. I have already done three 90 day reports, and one yearly extension on this new passport. I am still unable to do a 90 day online, it does not even let me past the first page. My question is has anyone managed to do a 90 day report online on a new passport issued inside the country without leaving the country !.
