The TM 30, can be filed by the Hotel, Condo/house owner or house master (which in the case of renting would be yourself). If you are concerned as a house/condo renter that your TM.30 has not been filed by the Landlord, then you can file yourself. If you are renting, i would suggest you contact the landlord and ask if they have filed it. If they have not, you can file yourself.
I was asked for my TM30 for the first time ever when doing my 90 day report in person at Samut Prakan a couple of weeks ago. Seems 'Big Joke' has them stirred up a bit.
Yeah, I used Hull way back when it was in Spyvie street. I used the one year multi Non Imm O, for around 12 years, and then 4 years ago switched to the retirement extension. Luckily I don't have a problem with the 800K, Will even get interest on it :)
