Check this one from AXA you get without health check and of course no preconditions covered but it's licensed for LTR and cheap as likely a throw away insurance...

I am Type 1 and cover my medication by myself using insulin Fiasp (from India) and Tresiba (available in Thailand) with CGM sensors from Lazada/Shopee (Ottai M8) and I pay monthly not more than 100$ !!!!

price than back on Germany (need subscriptions there as well!!) and probably
***
price than in US.

I have an emergency health insurance though for around 150$/months to take and cover me in hospital or back to Germany just in case. No outpatient coverage as standard treatments are reasonable and easily paid by myself.

Dont consider to buy anything except foreign quota. Thai is cheaper because many Condo have not been able to sell the 51% of condo room capacity.

Anyway if you ever to something except foreign freehold you can send me the money as well and I will take care good about it...promise

I have 4 this year, direct from Munich to Bangkok and not longer than 60days. Last entry was last week on 11th... No issues or word from immigration at BKK.

Will have another one mid of December.

I think the problems only accur when using land border(s) and having more than 2 obviously stretching the 60days + 30extension limits.

exactly same I do in case of insurance... I can put my mandatory German public health insurance on hold for 70€/month when longer absence from EU (as I am 'covered' in EU) than 3months continuously so I can spend that big amount of money (500€/month) on my own decisions and insurance coverage for SEA.
